12 weekly session on the specific areas you require to grow, improve and acquire self-love; and
Includes:
- handbook
- a copy of your choice of a Mindfulness/Inner Peace Colouring Book
- a weekly 10 minute assistance phone call* 
- 12 Sessions for $895.00 / or $100.00/hr**
 
*if calls are over 10 mins hourly rate will apply @ 15 min intervals
