My Story
Mental Wellness Story
In 2010, I was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). For many years, I silently suffered from the trauma of incest and abuse. I endured physical and emotional abuse from family members and my ex-husband, and I experienced 14 years of estrangement from my children. To cope, I developed unhealthy behaviors, including compulsive overeating and binge eating. I had no idea how profoundly I was suffering and believed that life was simply meant to be this way. After enduring significant mental and spiritual pain, which nearly drove me to take my own life, I experienced a spiritual awakening. I made a life-altering decision to learn to love myself, sought help, and began my journey of healing and growth.
In 2018, "Learned to Love Myself" was born. Today, I no longer suffer from PTSD. Through my spiritual practices, I assist others as a mental wellness activist and philanthropist, raising funds for mental health through my services and products. I share everything I have learned so that others struggling with trauma can manage and overcome their anxiety and depression. By utilizing the tools and wisdom gained from my experiences, I help others live mindfully and peacefully.
I began creating doodled artwork to inspire both myself and others to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. This led to the creation of the coloring book and card series: Love, Kindness, & Compassion. Coloring daily helped me maintain my mental health, and now I guide others through mindfulness art sessions. Additionally, I used to give positive notes to people I met, which inspired the creation of cards that allow others to spread positivity as well. Today, my artwork is available on various mediums.
As I healed, my intuition evolved. I began conducting spiritual readings for myself to guide and manifest a better life. This eventually led to offering readings for others, providing them with powerful messages to help manifest their desires. I incorporate tools such as numerology, colorology, animal spirits, pendulums, oracle cards, and mediumship combined with literature.
I donate a portion of my proceeds to mental health organizations and community initiatives, aiming to support others in their mental and spiritual wellness journeys. Through these efforts, I hope to foster a world filled with more love. Additionally, I host a podcast, The Power Hour of Self-Care, as part of The Mental Health Warriors. My guests and I discuss topics such as self-care and breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness. I am deeply passionate about promoting wellness.
May all beings be happy!
