There is a creator in all of us. Making our mental wellness a priority we require helpful mindfulness practices. Mindfulness Art is proven to improve our well-being. Material & supplies provided. Colouring, mixed medium artwork, doodling, pour-flow-art & more. Classes starting @ $35 - 1/2 hr.
Energy Chakra Dance "ECD"
Trauma in our body affects our mental health. How we protect our energy and keep negative energy from entering our space is crucial to our well-being. ECD teaches us balance while placing space between yourself & negativity.
