Supporting Mental Health Through Philanthropy
Since 2019

BACKGROUND
Since the Canadian Mental Health Association supported me during my own mental health journey, I have been committed to giving back to mental health organizations. I began these efforts in 2019 and continue to dedicate both time and financial resources to raising funds and awareness for this vital cause.
Each year, a percentage of proceeds from my wellness coloring products and lightworker services sales is donated to support mental health initiatives.
Additionally, I have had the privilege of hosting fundraising events that bring the community together in support of these efforts. Through annual initiatives, including my podcast collaboration with the Mental Health Warriors, I strive to raise awareness and provide resources that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
FUNDRAISERS
Beginning in 2020, biannual yard sales were held to raise funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Community members and clients generously donated goods, while colleagues contributed a portion of their services to support CMHA’s mission

Learned to Love Myself has joined with Carolle Kerfoot of Sutton on the Bay Realty to raise proceeds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. These fundraisers are held in front of our location. The community supports us by donating gently used and even new houseware, tools & machines, furniture, Knick knacks and so much more! Please assist us by either donating items, volunteer your time and attend to shop.
Collaborations
Learned to Love Myself wouldn't be able to raise funds without YOU! So, if you’re interested in hosting an event or partnering in support of mental health, please contact me—I’d love to collaborate and create positive change together.

The 2 Caring Angels Thrift Shop
In November of 2025, Carolle Kerfoot & I began another chapter in my philanthropy work. The community's generous flow of donated items grew and so did the work to raise money for mental health. Therefore we decided to open the thrift shop! The shop contains clothing, Knick knacks, hardware, small furniture and so much more. And, from each sale a portion is donated back into the Stayner & Clearview Township community for mental health initiatives.
For more information on the shop please visit our Facebook page, "The 2 Caring Angels Thrift Shop".
