Helping Inspire & Support Others

When my dream to help others began to take shape my mental health improved. I realized that I was out of balance just focusing on myself. I learned from reading "Feel the fear and do it anyway" that my life wasn't balanced at all. It was based on Career and Relationships and I was lacking in all other areas. A fulfilled life, (to the best of our ability) looks like this with our time spent proportionately:

And so, I began taking one area at a time and worked my self-love routine into each.


Today, I'm grateful that I am making a difference by helping to inspire more love, kindness, & compassion for humanity and I believe we all deserve mental wellness. Helping to raise money for the Canadian Mental Health Association in everything I do, gives me joy. Below are current ongoing projects to raise money:
